We own our own forests, from which we source the highest-quality timber.

We dry the wood in our own drying kilns located on the factory grounds.

We manufacture every element in-house using the most modern wood-processing machines.

Our fleet of 17 trucks ensures that all materials arrive at the construction site on time.

Our experienced and professional craftsmen oversee construction from the assembly of the elements to the final finishing works.

Top-Quality Materials and Freedom of Choice

During construction, we use exclusively materials manufactured in the EU, in accordance with the latest building standards. We use OSB boards from globally recognized manufacturers (Egger and Kronospan), sturdy galvanized sheet metal, highly durable acrylic facades, and powerful glass wool and stone wool insulation.

Your home is fully adaptable to your wishes. Our buyers choose for themselves:

The facade color, tile design, and sanitary fixtures.

Joinery (PVC or wood) and floor coverings (parquet or laminate).

The heating system (radiator or underfloor, electric or solid fuel), with the option of building a fireplace and having custom furniture made in cooperation with our partners.
